Description
Aged 26 months in 4 Roses Bourbon Barrels. We pick up these barrels directly from the Rickhouses at 4 Roses in Bardstown, Kentucky as they are being emptied. They are kept “wet” of bourbon just waiting to be filled with Dear Agony when we arrive back at the brewery. The palate is soft and smooth with notes of fresh fruit, spice, honey, caramel, vanilla and rich chocolate.
